Weight-Loss Am I eating enough calories?

Recently I've decided to shed the 25 extra pounds I'm carrying and get down to somewhere around 175. I'm 5'9" and change, weigh 200 (duh) pounds. I usually eat fairly healthily, but I've always had a tremendously slow metabolism. Lately I've undergone a dietary reconfig; streamlining what I eat, limiting portions, filling up on more veggies.

Here is a typical day for me:

6:15 - Fruit + Slice of Turkey

10:00 - Boost Glucose Control Shake, Yoplait Fat Free Yogurt

1:00 - 300-400 Calories of lean protein (grilled chicken, ahi tuna, buffalo burger), + a healthy portion of veggies (steamed broccoli, grilled mushrooms, peppers, onions)

3:30 - A piece of fruit

5:45 - About 100 calories of Kashi crackers + a slice of Turkey, maybe something else in the 70 calorie range
Work out at 6

7:30 - Lean Meats + Veggies

I eat about 1500-1800 Calories a day on this plan. I take in around 80-110 carbs, 19g of fiber, 141g of protein, and 40-70 grams of fat. I run for 45 minutes at a fairly high intensity, burning around 550-650 calories. That means my net calories is about 1100-1300.

I drink a ton of water throughout the day, at least 4 liters. I never feel particularly drained or depressed. I have a high energy level most of the time, I don't fall asleep at my desk, and I don't have difficulty exercising.

Is this plan fine? Do I need to eat more calories? My body has plenty of fat on it, so I don't feel as though I should be worried about my body getting paranoid that it's going to run out.

Thank you all for your advice.
