Am i doing this right?

Hi guys,
Im still new to working out and I did my reading on supplements, but I just wanna make sure Im doing things right.

So on training days, I have 1 doze of creatine about 15 minutes before eating a meal (which is supposedly 5-7 a day) and 1 immediatly after workout and a protein shake 3x and one right after workout aswell.

On non-training days I take just 1 creatine in the morning and take the protein shake 3 times normally.
 
1. you ONLY NEED ONE DOSE OF CREATINE A DAY...3-5 grams. that is it. no more.

2. I'd limit your protein shakes to just 2 per day. one post workout (with creatine) and the other as a snack between whole food meals.

3. read the creatine sticky at the top of this forum.
