Your diet seems fine, and it's good that you get some daily exercise. I wish I could skate everyday! Anyways, 10 pounds in 9 days is great, but I don't think it's anything to worry about. Just continue to eat healthy and exercise and you will be fine. Make sure you are eating enough though too! Don't starve yourself, just make sure what you are putting into your body is nutritious.

yeah im pretty much sticking to the basics i eat the same thing pretty much over and over cause i dont really have a guide as to what to eat heres what i eat

skinless chicken
brocolli
apples
weigh control oatmeal
goldfish
nature only gronola bars
flat out wraps
peaches
potatoes (once a week if that)
turkey
tuna fish
pop corn (for snack)
whole grain pasta (once every other week)
srimp (once a week)

that about wraps it up!

Snezy is right! Just keep doing what you are doing and make sure that you are changing up your exercise routines. Make sure that you challenge yourself during your workouts also.

Focus on working out your entire body and not focus on individual body parts. You will get much more out of your workouts this way.

I agree, you seem to be choosing healthy foods and staying active. Make sure you're eating enough to stay fueled. Keep up the great work!

I think you are doing everything correct.. the weight is sometimes funny i have had same problem and stop trust the scales.... :D
