Hi Cookies,
I think the short answer to your question is no...
and the short answer (from me) would be to have a read of this:
TMUSCLE.com | Total-Body Training
Ignore the antagonist training and it's suitable for beginners. I first found this in the sticky at the top of this forum (A good place to start to get the basic knowledge).
You're just doing bodyweight exercises there which I don't think are going to challenge you enough at all. You need to shock your muscles into growing (sort of).
Basically you have to work them harder than they are used to being worked, causing them to adapt. The best way would be compound lifts in a full body workout 3 x a week to begin with.
Adapt is what the human body does best, so mix things up often (Which is exactly what that routine in the link above does).
You need to look at your diet and suppliments too, without a good diet plan (Diet as in what kinds of food you eat, and when - Not as in starving yourself) you will be unlikely to see gains.
Too much to cover here really but there's great info in the stickies at the top on both nutrition and weight training.
When you say "in the shortest period of time" don't expect to be ripped within a few months or you will end up disappointed.
It should be a lifestyle choice to weight train for the overall benefits, over the course of your life and not just in the short term.
Good luck.
Dan
