my body seems to love the extra weight that I have and doesn`t want to let go I`m 163pounds at 5`7.I really need to lose the first 7-10lbs fast,to stay motivated.My goal is to loose 20pounds by the end of may.I started to exercise today,and eating healthier.
I`m trying to stick to|
15-60min.cardio every morning b4 breakfast
15 min.weight training every other day
30-60min horseback riding or jogging ever day
15-30min dancing(mostly hip-hop)ever night.
I`m pretty active all day too...
Food vice i always eat
Oatmeal mixed with special K and milk(morning)
Lots of veggies,salat,chicken,or nudels(lunch)
Apple or pears(snack)
and whole grain bread for dinner
and lots of water
Do ya`ll think this could work?Any other additional tips and tricks that helped you?
