So I have a question. I have been going to the same gym to about a year now.

Ok so today I finish. Y workout. Cardio and all. The gen manager of the trainers tells me that he can give me a great deal and 4 months free. I declined because I had no funds so then he goes...


This is what I want you to do:
1 hr. On the treadmill he said slow burns fat
Then weights do chest,back; shoulders,arms;legs

Eat clean


I'm like ok thanks.

Is he setting me up?! Or should I keep doing my plan?

Adrian, I am not sure what else he told you, but one thing is for sure... eating clean is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Eating clean is good, yes.

One hour on the treadmill is unnecessary and slow is just stupid. HIIT will get you the best results - 20-30 mins is a good amount, when combined with alternate days of strength and body resistance stuff.

Weights and body resistance work should be full body to get maximum results. Isolating parts of your body is less useful.
