Am after a 6 week programe

that includes weight lifting (mostly for size) and cardio (to keep fitness up for muay thai)

Basically have 6 weeks off work and am willing to try a completely new programme that includes the body building and the cardio. Don't know which should be morning or night, whether or not it should be full body workouts etc.

I know there's a lot of information around but I'm sure there's also some great 6 week programmes around that guys here could recommend. Would be a plus if it included diet but not essential as I can find that elsewhere.

Intermediate level with access to a decent amount of gear at home.
