Why am I hungry all the time? I eat 3 big meals a day and lots of snacks, but my stomach is always making noises and feels empty. Am I doing something wrong?
 
Sugar. Your sugar content is triggering a constant hunger. Reduce it and you will notice you will experience less hunger.
 
Your most likely hungry because your "3 big meals" lack the essential nutrients for your body. Try eating 6 smaller meals a day that contain a good balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
 
and probably too many processed/refined carbs and fat...not enough fruit, veggies, whole grains, fiber, and healthy fats.
