Hi Everyone! I need advice..I have a problem with always being hungry. Its been that away my whole life. I could always out eat even the guys. Before I never had to worry about it but now I am nearing 160 and wish to get back down to 125ish. The problem is as I said I am always hungry. Is there anything that you guys eat that seems to satisfy the hunger or even better something I can eat until I am stuffed that won't kill the fact that I worked out and ate good all day Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated.
