Hey everyone. I'm about to end my cutting phase (around 11% BF), and I want to add on some size---maybe 10-15 pounds of muscle mass. However, I'm afraid of the fat gain I will put on, as I feel I will gain fat back quickly.
Would I be able to up my calories to maintenance levels, and alternate to a low rep/high weight routine in the gym and be able to see some good gains that way?
