Alternative protein supplement for lactose intolerants?

I have a series of stomach issues that I'm still discovering about and lactose intolerance is one I'm sure of. Even though whey protein only contain small amounts of lactose, I'd prefer to stay away from it. I think I can handle soy protein but it's still a work in process. Are there any protein supplements without dairy, and possibly soy?

Also, is there a limit to how much whey/protein supplement I can take in a day? I think I might plan on taking one scoop (I'm guessing about 20g of protein) between my meals.

Look . They have hemp, pea, rice, as well as the soy you mentioned.
 
Isopure is one, and I've heard of a few other lactose free whey supplements. they do cost a little more, but I'd take them over soy.
