Hey all! Let's see...in the past month I have decided to change my life around a bit. I always enjoyed swimming, but I wanted to see some changes in my figure. I am 5'9" and ~170 pounds. I would love to lose 20, but that's not as important as toning up.
So, I have changed my diet to 5-6 small meals a day. Before I ate lunch and dinner, only. I already was a pescetarian, so that hasn't changed. But I have started incorporating dairy into my meals, as I barely got any before. Now I also cycle, along with swimming, and I met with a trainer who showed me some strength training that I can begin to add to my overall week. I do the aerobic activity 3-4 times a week, and the strength training twice right now, because it still makes me quite sore. Sometimes I do yoga at home.
I hope once I get myself straight with the changes, I can begin to plan my meals around the 40-30-30 I have been reading about. In any case - I just wanted to say hello! In the past month, I have already seen my waste, legs and arms slim down a bit. I am getting excited! Glad to meet all of you.
