So I know it has a ton of fat. But its all good fat right? I can eat a ton on wheat bread and it will help me lose weight?

just because its good fat doesnt mean you can have all you want. You still should focus on a proper macronutrient ratio.

You need to make sure what you take in is consistent with your macro requirements for whatever your goal is.

I was told on a diet forum that the following nutrient split is ok:

45 - 55% carbs
20 - 25% protein
25 - 35% fat

I am averaging 41% carbs, 26% protein, 32% (good) fat. Some may tell you it should be more protein and less fat.
Are you tracking your nutritional values?

It really comes down to what works for you. What was first suggested to me was

25% carbs
50% protein
25% fat

I've started with this and ive seen significant results. I notice my progress slows significantly when i eat a majority of my diet as carbs. So I have a very protein heavy diet. Even if i lean a little too far to the carb side every once in a while, im still eating the majority as protein.

But like i said, you need to see what works for you. Tweak it a little and track the progress for a few weeks. Everybody is different.
