All or nothing

So this is it, been cutting for a month and a half now and I've only dropped to 204. I've decided that I NEED to lose this weight before summer really hits. I'm one of those people that are ALWAYS warm...heat literally radiates off me. Heh, people are always amazed to see me in a t-shirt with steam coming off me in the middle of winter, lol. So, as you can imagine, I die during the summer. Last summer is when I started lifting and I could barely take the heat...now I weigh 40lbs more...not good.

so yeah...I HAVE TO LOSE THIS FAT!

And so I've decided to go balls to the wall till i hit 190.

After working all night with an average HR of 110 bpm I hit the gym for Cardio and weights


5 min warm-up on the stationary bike @ 110 RPM
-for some reason, after doing that my right quad decided to have a mind of its own and tense up (and I mean TENSE) whenever I put any weight on that leg...so I decided to forego the lower body portion of the workout

Circuit training for upper body (rotation until 2 sets of 12-15 reps are completed):
(a)Bench Press
(b)Low Row
(c)Military Press
(d)Biceps Curl....using a machine (ugh)
(e)Tri Ext...again, machine
5 min break to talk to a the sexiest girl I've ever seen
(f)Cable Cross-overs
(g)Lat Pulldown (mixed sets btwn Pulldowns and Pullups)
(h)Side Lateral Raises
(i)Biceps Curl
(j)Tri Ext.


20 mins HIIT on Eliptical
-2 mins hard 2 mins easy, 2 mins hard 1 min easy, 2 mins hard 30 secs easy, then reverse....continued for 20 mins.
-2 min cooldown at the end.
-HR avg'd 170-180
-calories burned = around 300

8 hrs at work (avg HR = 120)

(1)5 mins stationary bike

(2)20 mins HIIT on Eliptical
-same as previos day only steadily increased resistance to lvl 15 by the end of the 20 mins
-HR reached 194 at some point in there This weirded me out a bit as my hands were not on the censors, but then I put em back on and it said that...was like :eek: cause that is only 5 shy of my theoretical max HR....and I have history of heart problems from both sides of the family.
-Calories burned = around 360

(3)10 mins Stationary Bike - Hills Plus program (Interval training setting)
-set to lvl 5
-avg HR = 170 - 180
-kept the RPMs around 120
-calories burned = around 90

went home and passed the EFF out....after eating some white rice for the insulin spike of course.

woke up 2 hrs later and paid a visit to the neighborhood sadist.....my dentist...now I'm sitting here sipping vodka to dull the pain :D
