I'm abit slow off the mark! I've been eating healthy since August 22 and a member of this forum for a couple weeks and I'm only just getting around to starting a diary now . Better late than never, huh?
Ok here goes.
My starting weight was 122.5 kilograms (269 lbs) in August
My current weight is 116.3 kilograms
My goal weight is around 65-70 kilograms (143 - 154 lbs) but the number on the dial doesn't matter as much as being able to walk into any store and fitting comfortably into a size 12.
Mathematically, if I lose about 1 kilgram a week it will probably take me approx. 13 months to lose 60 kilograms.
So far I've lost 6.2 kilograms by eating low fat, portion control and counting kilojoules/calories. I've also started to exercise. Something I avoided whenever possible!!!!
My sister is also losing weight so we are able to support eachother and of course this forum.
I will reach my goal no matter what. I'm tired of being an old woman at 34yrs that didn't do anything except work and sit around letting life pass me by. No more. I am going to participate in life, not watch it from the sidelines
