Alight need help!!

Ok i want some of the best bang for the buck supps. Im gonna start workin out at this gym. SHould i bring like a notebook in with me and mark down what i di that day lol ?.. Neway , supplements protein powders, creatine, glutomine,glucose,mitomine,sizzlelean i mean i am soo lost with all thse terms. How do i know what i need. ALl i want to do. is Gain muscle Pound by Pound by doing hard lifts. Less reps more sets correct for gaining mass. Send me a link or something explain what all of thse things are and stuff i tried to google it but without having any knowledge it's hard to know where to start. Thanks

training and food. follow with proper recovery and dedication and consistancy and you'll be good to go.

a multi-vitamin, maybe a protein powder and some fish oil would be basic and goes well with a solid meal plan. creatine is good and does well for alot of ppl but you can save that for later down the line.
