You're on your bi-daily run, the trainers on your feet feel like a perfect fit because they're really worn in. Your skin is damp with sweat and finally not because all you've done is go for a light walk. Beside you is someone special that you can actually keep up with for once.
Just imagine that. In a few months. Next year. Today. Who knows? You can get there if you just keep going! Don't actually try too hard to motivate yourself. Just go ahead and make yourself do it! Is it raining? Is your body actually completely fine besides being a bit tired? Go for that walk! Go to the gym! It's worth it. I promise. Be safe, eat ENOUGH, don't crash diet and keep balanced. Take care of yourself and not just your body. Take a bath, watch a film, do a puzzle. You're amazing and you need to love yourself. xx
