Sport Alcohol?

Does alcohol set you back a few weeks in your training?

What i mean is:
Lets say you get really messed up and have real bad hang over and throw up constantly the night you drank and the morning you woke up with a hang over, would that set you back a few weeks in your training.....

I seriously doubt it, but getting drunk isn't good for any part of your life, anyways. Alcohol can only do harm, and I have plenty of family members that have been killed by alcohol ato attest to that fact.

Of course, in moderation, it's great stuff. Just don't over do it. It can end your life much quicker than you think.

Idealy you should avoid it all together, if you are completely serious about your training. But if you want to drink once in a while there shouldn't be much of a problem - although it may take up to a week for your testosterone levels to reach normal after a big night.

ok thanx... i do avoid drinking but during New Years i got very messed up and then wrestled very bad the following week... And i just wanted to know if drinking was the problem...
