I've recently starting tracking my calorie intake more closely, and I have been astonished at how a night out (or a tailgate ) can really pack the calories on.
Now i realize self-control is a huge factor, but does anyone have suggestions on how to limit calories from drinking?
i.e. I've tried drinking a glass of water with every beer, because it slows down how much beer you actually drink... but i just ended up drinking as many beers as any other night, but taking more trips to the restroom!
