Im bulking up and have benn looking into how much protein and carbs is in food and drink. I found out that cerial is made up of around 25% protein and has a lot of carbs in it.
So Alcohol is made of the same sort of products as cerial does this mean that Alcohol is full of protein and should be included when bulking up?
