I am 27 years old. I weigh 157 lbs.
Goal: Lose 20 lbs. by 10/31/2005
Timeframe: 3 months
I plan to lose weight by walking for 30 minutes every day. I also plan to drink around 12 glasses of water. Hopefully, I will try and watch what I eat.
Just looking thru this web site is very motivating. I will not quit this time. Hearing and reading about people who have lost weight (like wonderwoman) and who are currently losing weight will be highly supportive.
I know this is a very realistic goal because I am planning to lose only about 2 lbs every week. If someone thinks this goal is not realistic, please let me know. And I am starting tomorrow, 7/30/2005.
