My aim is to be at <120kg before the 27/6/19 (71 days)

At minimum I want to lose 15kg in 10 weeks.

I am travelling interstate on the 27th of June, and the last time I was on a plane I was 110kg, two years ago. Fast forward two years, I am 135kg and am extremely worried I won't fit in a plane seat/seatbelt. My weight is spread across my body, I am not the typical overweight/obese person, but I am quite heavy.

My diet needs an overhaul and the strain on my back is horrible from this excess weight.

It starts today and although lofty, I am going to achieve it and hopefully more, logging in each day etc.

Wishing myself luck.

Welcome to the forum! The diary is a good place to start! Keeping track of your activity and what you eat here is a good way to stay accountable to yourself and to get some feedback. I wish you luck, too!

Do you have a bit of a plan with what you're going to do? I generally suggest making small changes rather than completely overhauling things, but do what works for you! Just remember that you don't need to be perfect and there is no right way to things. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress!

Hi, tomchris & welcome to the forum. Needing a seatbelt extension to fly to Vietnam was the catalyst for me to lose weight. I really felt ashamed. You can do this & you have made that commitment to yourself. We'll be your support team :)
