I need help coming up with a good diet plan. (What to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and is ok to have as snacks)

Could someone help me out... even if it's by posting your diet plan? I'm very picky about vegetables, but I love whole grain stuff and fruit. Please help. thanks :)

ive been working with the instructors on tv... im feeling the burn
 
Try this to see what foods to eat and how much -


I usually have..

Breakfast:
Porridge and toast, OR an Omelette and toast, with a glass of Skimmed Milk

Lunch:
A sandwich with either tuna and sweetcorn, or egg and cress.

Dinner:
Vegetables, chicken or fish, potatoes, pasta.. anything like this.

Snacks:
Fruit, popcorn or yogurts.
