I used to be a GYM rat with above average physical shape until I got married 3 years ago. I have now reached a low point on morale, motivation and self esteem and I've decided to take action to get some descipline. I am 5'6" tall with a decent frame.
Here is what I am doing. Please tell me if I can reach my intended goal which is 145Lbs from my current 172Lbs.
4 Days a week, I do spinning for 30 mins to get the short Burst of Cardio. I follow this with weight training for 1 Hour. Iam also supplementing my regimen with these.

AST Multi-Pro 32X Multivitamins
Omega-3 Fish Oil
I am going overboard? Any advice/criticism that I could use will be greately appreciated.
