Age and growth hormone

Hi,

I have read the existing threads on HGH, but this is a bit different.

I know that HGH is suggested by doctors for growth deficiency, however I see some bodybuilders using it (since they use tons of supplements, I cannot tell which one is the biggest factor for their size though).

I also know that HGH is also used to increase growth speed in younger people and enable them to grow taller.

What can I realistically expect from HGH at the age of 24? Will it make me taller or increase my muscle size, or would it be totally unnecessary?

Depends on how many IUs. But your growth plates are closed, except for your hands and jaw. 2-3IU/day and you'll get fat loss, 6+ and you'll get distinct muscle growth after ~6months or so. IMO it's illegal and not worth it. If you were going to break the law you might as well get the most out of it, and this isn't it.

HGH also makes your heart grow in size, but not strength. you can actually increase your risk of cardiac arrest.
its not worth it. Look at pro bodybuilders...many die before age 65 due to complications from all the substances they used, and abused, during their careers.

How about HGH releasers like Alfalfa or Beepollen? Are they safe? Would it matter if the increased GH is synthetic or natural (body produce)?

supplementing 1500MG-2000MG of Lysine and Arginine together (both in L forms) before bed can naturally increase HGH Levels.

Yes i know old thread but i want 500 post :D im desperate :p
