Sport Again revised diet (suggestions please)

This is what I've worked out for school, mon - fri.

Meal 1
1/2 cup Oat meal + Whey protein in Fat free milk + 1/2 peanut butter sandwich
Total calories: 530
Total fat - 15g
Total carbs: - 46g
Total Protein - 40g

Meal 2 (possibility 1)
Protein bar
Total calories: 170
Total fat - 4g
Total carb - 1g
Total protein - 20g
OR
Meal 2 (possibility 2)
Power bar
Total calories: 230
Total fat - 3g
Total carb - 42g
Total protein - 10g

Meal 3
1/2 peanut butter sandwich + 1/2 ham sandwich + whey protein shake in fat free milk
Total calories: 535
Total fat - 15g
Total carb - 40g
Total Protein - 55

Meal 4
Turkey breast in pita w/ taco sauce (sauce has only 8 calories)
Total calories - 330
Total fat - 5g
Total carb - 6g
Total protein - 66g

Daily totals:

Possibility 1
Calories: 1565
Calories from fat - 351 / About 23% / 39g
Calories from carbs - 372 / About 24% / 93g
Calories from protein - 724 / About 46% / 181g

Possibility 2
Calories: 1625
Calories from fat - 342 / About 21% / 38g
Calories from carbs - 536 / Exactly 33% / 134g
Calories from protein - 684 / About 42% / 171g

Which possibility is better? Should I alternate? Suggestions?
 
I don't like what I see here. Way too much protein and no fruits or veggies. And it won't work in the long run.
