Sport After swim snack

After a 90 minute swim which includes a warm up,fartlek training and various techniques such as pulling,kicking etc..
during my swim i drink water and energy drinks and after i heve either a peanut butter bagel,protein and complex carbohydrates shake,or jelly babies..
any suggestions on which is the best after swim snack would be greatly apreciated..

Basically you just want to replenish your body and repair your muscle and glycogen. I would keep low on the fat intake post swimming and stick to Protein/Carbs.
