I picked up an awesome new PWO formula. I have a buddy that works at GNC that suggested a product called AFTER GLOW. I got the watermelon flavor and it literally tastes like a liquid watermellon jollyrancher. I got it for store cost, I think it was a bit pricey without a discount, but for store cost, I couldn't go wrong. I do know that GNC price matches anyway.

Anyway---->

0 fat
32 g carbs (26 sugars, 0 refined)
20 g protein

7.5 g glutamine
2.5 g BCAA
1 g KreAlkalyn
1 g cissus
1 g phosphatidylserine
750 mg pomegranate poder
100 mg R-Ala
3 mg grape seed extract

Anyway, if you want something new for PWO that tastes really good, give it a shot.
 
What are the calories per serving?
 
Just looked it up on my usual site i order supplements from.

£53.49 for just under 2kg
£28.15 for just under 1kg

Pay day soon, im considering :) Could do with a new PWO drink.

The only flavor I've tasted is the watermelon. And it is good. And I'm picky.

what's all this and what does it do?
