Hello, I am not new to weight loss, but I'm new to this forum, and this is the largest amount of weight I've ever needed to lose. I maintained a healthy weight for a long time after dieting, but then, about a year ago, I got pregnant. Several months into the pregnancy, I had a miscarriage and I lost twins. Due to a lot of other familial issues on top of this devastating news, I became very depressed and began to gain a lot of weight. After all of this, I'm ready to be healthy again. To move on from my tragedy, I have to be the best me that I can be. My goal is to lose 70 lbs total, and I can't wait to feel like a whole new me. I know it's going to take a lot of determination, but encouragement and community helps!

Sorry to hear that segment of your life. You can definitely shed the 70 pounds and get to that whole new you. People here are very inspiring and motivating. What work outs do you plan on doing? What foods do you plan to eat? Feel free to start a diary in that section. Many find it helpful to keep tabs and be inspired by others and get advice.
