Ok so I've been working on my weight for almost 4 months and have lost 13.5 pounds but lately even though I'm working hard my loss has slowed to .5 pounds a week. Here's a good example of my daily diet:

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg
Snack: fruit & 1 or 2 peanut butter crackers
Lunch: oatmeal
Snack: kind bar from whole foods or fiber bar
& a cup of organic veggie juice
Dinner: grilled chicken bread & carrots

I also do 30 minutes of the fitness blender HIT workouts everyday during the week.

I get a little to snacks on the weekends but I try to be very active and I was losing a pound to a 1.5 a week and now it's soooo slow. In losing motivation and getting frustrated.

I'm 31 years old with a very slow metabolism. Everything I eat packs right on. I went from 152.5 to 139 but it took forever! I want to lose about 5 more pounds and then wook on toning up my mommy belly from there.

Thoughts? Anything would be appericated

Hi,
I'm also 31 years old and have been battling with weight loss over the past several years. I started drinking Iaso tea and coffee and have been dropping the watr weight off daily. I've lost six pounds in a week in a half. I totally understand your frustrations, trust me. I was 154 and couldn't get past that weight for months, but after drinking the tea I started dropping the pounds. Its a detox tea. I'm not big on endorsing products because I'm an "all natural' kind of person, but this is 100% herbal and it works wonders.

I would try switching up your workout, your body may have adapted to what you are doing and this is resulting in a plateau. If not that maybe you need to rework your food intake, your metabolism will have sped up as you built more muscle and burned fat. Either way though, you are doing great!
