I'm 26, Male. 5'9" 165 lbs.

5 years ago I was a stick figure that weighed 150. I was pretty solid, but no body fat. I got lazy and drank lots and lots of beer and *earned* myself a nice beer belly and love handles. That is the only place I have fat. Belly and hips.

I've begun paying much more attention attention to myself now. My goals are to obviously lose the belly and handles. Then get nice and lean. Not super cut or anything, just nice abs, biceps, etc.

This is my regime so far...

One a day every morning.
a fat burner for fun (probably doesn't work)(2 a day)
Whey protein shake(2-3 a day)
Sporadic 30 min exercises during the week
1 hour full body kick ass exercise a week. (this thing really rocks your body)

My meals haven't changed too much. Hardly any fast food. Probably 1500-2500 calories a day.

I have been on the exercise plan for 4 weeks now. The first 3 classes I threw up and hurt like holy hell the next few days. This last one I could feel myself having more endurance, no puking, still in pain the next day, but in a good way. I haven't lost a pound. I don't want to. Just want to get rid of this beer belly.

I just want advice. Is this going to help? Can I still drink beer? And suggestions?

Thanks

G

You won't loose the "beer" belly without loosing weight. So, I'm not really sure how to help you loose the fat belly(thats what a "beer" belly is) if you don't want to loose weight.

As you can see, Its quite contradictory.

I'm not quite sure why you are drinking the protein shakes. Are you using it as a meal replacement?
1,500-2,500 calories is a huge difference. Unless you become more regular on a daily basis you likely will not reach your goal, whatever it may be.
