I am a 35 year old male, currently weighing 205lbs. I started at 252 back in August. I eat anywhere from 1800 to 1900 calories a day and stick to a pretty clean diet. I perform weight training 2 days a week and cardio at various lengths and intensities 3 days a week. My question is: Since I have hit the 205-206 mark, I have been staying pretty much the same weight for the last month. I have made adjustments to my intake as my weight decreased but are not seeing results. All of them calorie counters are all over the map as to what I am supposed to eat, so I am not sure if I am eating too muvh or not enough. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations thus far! After losing a large amount of weight, it will become "harder" or take "longer" to remove more. If you want our help tweaking, post your diet and training plan. I know I've seen it and helped out in the past, but Im curious to see what you're plan looks like now.

You could aslo have plateaued. Take a few extra days off or go out and have your favorite meal. This could help restart the burn.
