Hi, i'm 18 years old and could use some help. I am trying to lose weight, but I am easily tempted and every time i go a day without eating bad stuff, the next day i can't stop myself and eat something i shouldn't. How can i keep these temptations away? what can i do to avoid them? how do i deal with them? Also, how many days should i be working out a day?

You have to decide you really want it, and figure out why. If you don't have a good reason in your mind you won't stick to it. Then when you are reaching for that bad stuff ask yourself if it's worth it. But if you don't want it that bad then it is going to be a very hard journey for you my friend

The reason you have strong food cravings could be overgrowth of Candida in the gut. This is more common than you might think and creates food cravings. Candida feeds on sugar. Regular sugar, bread and pasta (wheat), juice and dried fruits are all foods you could avoid for the next few weeks and see if the cravings go away. Also any products with added sugar. A few days ago I was so surprised to see that the organic vegetable broth that I usually buy contain sugar! I mean who would have guess that :(

It's okay to enjoy what you love to eat. Are you counting calories? If the junk that you eat doesn't go above your maintenance calories, you should be fine.
