Advice on my routine

The availability of a fitness center at my school has inspired me. With my schedule, I can have about half an hour in the mornings to exercise. I figure about five min of stretching before and after, five min on a bike or stair master, then that leaves 15 min of machines. I hope to do this five days a week, would it be better to work 5 min on legs, then 5 on arms, 5 on torso, or concentrate on one area of the body each day on different machines for that area? Two days a week I might be able to swing an extra twenty or so minutes, should I focus on machines those days and just do yoga/cardio on the shorter days?
