Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this
I am looking to lose weight and need some advice on the exercise side of things. I plan to exercise 6 days and take Sunday as a rest day I plan on doing the Couch to 5K jogging programme 3 times a week and weight training the other 3. I have dumbells in my home, and is the only weight/resistance gear I have. I was just wondering, if I jogged the 20-30 mins a day, and alternated that with a full body workout spread across the other three days (also lasting 20-30 mins) would this be enough? Would I need to do more every day? Maybe incorporate a walk or cycling? Should I really be doing cardio every day, instead of 3?
I would like to know as I currently have access to no gym or trainer etc, going it on my own for now, and would like advice on my questions or maybe on what weight lifting exercises are best
