Advice on Heart Rate Monitors

I want to buy a heart rate monitor but there are so many out there thats its hard to decide!

I saw the Oregon Scientific SE232 recommended in some magazine recently and was going to get that but I am also interested in a strapless one- so I'm contemplating the MIO Ultimate Strapless Heart Monitor...
Plus every site seems to recommend the Polar ones...

Does anyone have any advice or can point at any good reviews of a good heart rate monitor- I'm budgeting up to £70...

Thanks in advance :)

I bought my wife and I the Times 5C361 from :
.
It has all the bells and whistles, works great, and is as inexpensive as the basic watches of other brands.

Polar F55

I purchased the Polar F55. One thing that pushed me to them were a couple of stories I heard about accuarcy of some models from a dealer carrying many models in the same price range. I was interested in weight loss and cardio improvement. I am not a runner. The program capability of this model suits me well. It listens to your heart, rates your cardio fitness and creates the right program for the goals and parameters(age, weight etc) that you tell it. You do this every couple weeks. Then each day it listens to your heart and adjusts the workout ranges. It creates a weekly program varying the workout daily and polices your workouts to keep you in range. I upload my results to the webservice but I haven't used the site very much for analysis yet. A little pricey ~$150 but after 3 months I am seeing marked progress and I am pleased with it.

Polar F11

I've found the Polar F11 more than suitable for my needs. I do spinning classes twice a week as well as a half an hour on the elliptical 5x a week. In all the time I've had it, I can only remember it locking up twice (easily resettable though).
