Currently I'm working out on the eliptical 40 min 5 days a week. I also do weight with my upper/lower body on alternating days. Should I increase my cardio to an hour a day or work out 6 days a week??? Thanks.

This is just IMHO I am by no means an expert. But when I told my doctor that I was working out on the Elliptical 20 minutes a day he told me to increase it to an hour.
