Advice needed :)

HI, just wondered if anybody could give me some info.

I am desperate to loose my belly flab & to just generally tone up. I have a treadmill at home & am currently using it almost every night, and have seen an improvement. Is this the right thing to be doing or am I supposed to have a rest day inbetween work outs? If so why is it beneficial to do so and will it help me get toned quicker?

time on treadmill, speed, incline?

sex, weight, and such.
 
Not a whole lot of info, but I wouldn't suggest running every single night. Also, a healthy diet is paramount when trying to lose weight. I would look in the weight loss forums, this has been discussed A LOT.

i would DEFFINITLY advise having rest days as the body can't really cope with major sudden increases in exercise. Plus if you want to tone up then you need to let the body rest and re-build the muscle tissues and make them stronger (better looking muscles).

So, A) take some rest days B) watch the diet C) build up the exercise and include some intervals
