Advice needed.

Hi guys, this is my first time posting on a forum so if I'm doing it wrong let me know.

I'm 20 years old and I've been trying to tone down and lose weight for a while now.

I've been following the guides from Kayla Itsines and Blogilates, and those seem to work well for me. But the issue is the food. I'm not really a veggie person, and most of the health plans I come across are veggie based so when I try to follow those plans I end up doing it max for a few days and then I go back to the food. I'm a huge lover of chicken and meat in general.

Do you know of any health plans or tips that I can follow?
