Advice needed: Stuck in a rut...A LOT to read.. I'm sorry!!!

I have lost 45lbs of fat in 10 months and gone from a size 10 in pants to a size 2.

I am proud of what I've accomplished but do not feel that I am finished with my transformation. I want to be lean and trim with as little body fat as possible...

I currently have 14% body fat. I know it is considered unhealthy to go below 10% however.. many athletes appear or are below/right at 10%.

I have been unable to work out consistently lately but have now adjusted my schedule to allot more time to my workouts.. And I'd love your help to get me on the right track!! But first, this is what I've been doing:

My questions and more about my CURRENT daily activity:
How many calories should I take in?
I am 120lbs, 5'3 (female). I am a college student (22 years old) who works in a grocery store cutting fruit for 8-10 hours a day, haha. I lift at least 20 watermelons, 15 cantalopes, 10 honeydews, and 15 pineapples a day. I lift them into a bin, push the bin to my table, lift each fruit onto my cutting table and use a huge knife to trim the skin off, cut them into bite-sized chunks and make fruit bowls and other produce items with them. I also lift 45lb trash bags (rinds are HEAVY!) about 7 times a day, and 35lb trays of cut/bowled fruit onto/off of a tall rack where they cool in a cooler. When the day is done, I hose down my floors, and use a squeegie to scrub the juice and left overs off of the floor.

It's tough work, would it be considered a work out of sorts?

When I get home, I run a mile every other day, in just under 8 minutes. I improve my time by a minute every 2-3 weeks or so it seems. Some days I bike for an additional 2 or 3 miles.

How does that sound? Any thoughts on what I do currently? Is it simply not enough or is it a fair amount? Or is it not bad as long as I add more to it? Sorry for so many questions! I am desperate for any thoughts anyone would like to provide!

What I eat currently.. thought I think I should change it:

6AM: I start my day with a lowfat Starbucks mocha (8 oz, 180 cals), then during the day I eat a LOT of fruit... I am worried it's bad for me! I eat 3-6 cups of watermelon, 1-3 cups of pineapple, a handful of blue berries, a handful of nuts, and a cup of strawberries as well as a cup of grapes... a day. That's a lot, right??
12PM: A bag of popcorn (50cals)
4PM: A serving of organic tortilla chips and organic medium salsa (200cals)
7PM: Dinner... Not always as healthy as I'd like, between 500-800cals. Usually something like homemade chicken soup (REALLY low cal/fat, all fresh stuff), tuna sandwich, tuna wrap, pan seared salmon, grilled filet mignon, oven roasted broccoli/squash/zuchinni/mushrooms, portabello mushroom "burgers" (no meat, just mushroom), pot roast with organic brown rice, homemade pasta (tomato based, fresh zuchinni/squash/avocado/basil/parsley in it, some sausage or ground beef), homemade pizza (1 tandoori naan bread, with olive oil, mozzarella, fresh mushrooms/basil/spinach and artichoke)... You get the picture. I do NOT eat sweets or anything.. just not a fan of them.

However... I drink 80 proof vodka on a nightly basis. I drink between 3-6 shots a night. 5 nights out of 7, I only have 3-4 shots. Seagrams is 70 cals per shot. I also chase it with about 8 oz (total, over the course of one night) of Simply Lemonade with Raspberry (160cals, I think).

I ONLY drink water, XXX Vitamin Water, and my one coffee a day... and the vodka/lemonade I mentioned..
-----------------------------------------------
The above is my current activity/food consumption... However, I am working on getting a better routine going... This is what I was thinking:

30 minutes of running
30 minutes of biking
60 minutes of weight training (I have a bench and weights from 2lbs-50lbs and a big core training ball)
50+ sit ups
-----------------------------------------------

So I am so so so sorry this is so long. Like i said, I am really quite eager to hear anyone's thoughts on what I do/eat currently and what I am planning on doing/what your suggestions might be. I understand that any suggestions should be considered carefully by myself so don't be afraid to say anything in fears that I may do something to harm my health :) Haha, had to throw in a disclaimer!

Thank you all SO much in advance! Also, if this should be posted somewhere else, let me know :)

I don't know much...I've just started out myself in the last few months, but I can comment on two things:

One, I would for SURE add some strength training. That'll help shape your body into exactly what you're looking for. The amount of time you spend doing the strength training is not as important as the weight/reps of the exercises you do.

Two, I would seriously consider not consuming so much alcohol if you're aiming to be fit and healthy. You spend so much time doing all these great things for your body and then you undo a lot of it by putting all that alcohol in your body! If you drink every single night I'm guessing it's not as easy as just deciding to stop (not trying to pry, and not implying that you have a problem), but it would have to be a choice to change your lifestyle. I would highly recommend it. Your body would really thank you for for it and you'd probably get a lot further in your fitness quest, and lose more weight...if you really have more weight to lose. It sounds like, from your calorie breakdown, that some days alcohol accounts for a very large portion of your total calories. Uncool!
