hi after having 5 kids i am looking to get back in shape but dont have much time so never manage to get to the gym etc so im looking for things that wont take to long that i can do at home i did weigh 14 stone and have now managed to come down to 10 stone although i am a healthy bmi i still have wobbly bits so would like to lose around 1stone 6lbs but the weight lose seems to have stopped i have restricted the amount of calories i eat to around 1200-1500 a day (sometimes with a cheeky day off) and im constantly doing bits round the house so im rarely sitting around any advice would be appreciated thank you in advance x
