Advice needed, abdominal weight

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum and I could really do with some advice from people who are/have gone through similar issues.

I'm 18 years old, 120ish pounds with a bmi of 20.6 I recall. I've always been on the underweight side but in the past year I've gained over 15 pounds and all of it seems to have gone to my abdomen:( I've been trying so hard to get rid of it because I'm still relatively skinny looking but I've had people question if I'm pregnant even...I am 100% not. For 3 months now I've cut my diet back to 1000 calories a day, increase water intake and do cardio a few times per week and I've practically shifted no weight.

The attached file is my stomach on a daily basis, this is after eating breakfast. It's embarrassing...I've seen women of 140 pounds with a flatter stomach.

Any and all advice welcomed

Your BMI is not much above the the minimum needed to be a healthy weight. but you realy do not provide enough information to make accurate suggestions.

at 100o calories unless you are strictly tracking nutrients is to low but you make no mention of what your current diet looks like.

What strength training are you doing ? this is critical for developing the body composition you want, under eating and only doing cardio will loose not just fat but muscle, muscle helps to keep your metabolism up, when you loose muscle it becomes easier to gain fat from a bad diet.
