Advice for my schedule.

I need some advice on my schedule. I’m going to be working out Wednesday (legs, abs), Friday (chest, shoulder, triceps, abs), Sunday (back, biceps, abs). This is an example of mass workout from skinnyguy.net.

1.) Is it ok for me to do pushups everyday with my weight training schedule?
2.) When should I do cardio?
3.) Should I do cardio everyday?
4.)There seems to be an emphasis on abs in this schedule, is that ok?

What are your stats and goals: age, height, weight, body fat, number of years training...?

In general that is a really bad program for anybody who wants to gain lean body mass and has not been training seriously for many years.

I actually have the same schedule. But i do first (chest, shoulders, triceps)
then the ur sunday program and in the last day legs.
i do every day abs and cardio about 20 min before work out.

Most beginners (anyone who has not been training for at least 2 years consistantly) benefit most from a total body routine done 3-4 times a week. The added frequency is more beneficial until you are able to handle enough weight to train with more intensity. At most you only need to do cardio for 20 minutes 2 times a week. Any more and you are wasting effort that should be focused on weight training. Focus your routine on basic heavy compound exercises: squat, deadlift, bench press, row/chin, press.

Is it healthy to do push ups everyday, or do I want to let my muscles rest? Should I only do push ups the day I do chest exercises?

You should do every day when you exercises for about 10 min thats what i do.
