Hello people I would like some advice on losing weight I've tryed lodes of things weight watchers ect but always seem to stay at my Wight I am 5f9 and weigh 14.2 I have the last 3 week changed how I do everythink I have a impact diet whey shake for breakfast with banana and apple then I'll have another shake at for lunch then orange pear then a full meal red meat tuna veg ect I am active I work most days as a cleaner I ride to and from work and inbetween jobs I do an average of 30 miles a week, not getting home till 7pm. Yet I am gaining weight! Any advice many thanks
