even though I try to lose/maintain my weight without the help of supplements, I am still intersted in what 'you' (the ones that use them) have to say about them...so don't be shy...just post your experiences.:)

From what I know, Advalean is all natural, though I am not completely sure. I do know they offer a 180 day guarantee, and I have heard from others who did return it and did get a refund.
