I am already an existing member (under a different user name) but I'm having terrible difficulty logging on therfore I had to register again under a new user name.

As it requires to be a member for 5 days before a pm can be sent, could a member of the admin team contact me please to sort this issue.

The mods cannot do anything about your old account.

I'm pretty sure if you remember your old username, you can use a link near the login to have a new password emailed to you.

If you don't know it or don't use that email anymore you're basically screwed, due to security reasons.
