The quick stats: 38yo, 230lb. very active physical job. cardio daily,wt 3-4 times a week, and looking to cut.
breakfast: 1/2 cup rolled oats, protien shake, 1 banana
mid am meal: 1 can tuna, 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 apple
lunch: chicken breast/lean meat 1cup brown rice(cooked) with all sorts steamed veggies(carrots broccoli squash peppers)
mid pm snack: 1 cup cottage cheese with 1 cup mixed fruit (apples berries ect)
dinner: chicken/fish (mostly fish) large salad with f/f dressing or oil&vin
pwo snack: do i need one???
powo snack: do i need one and what ratios if im lookin to cut?
