when i wake i take a cup of ON whey proten shake and off to school. when i come home i workout, after workout i take a cup of shake again..

but i want to gain more weight and yes i do eat alot..
i was wonder if i buy muscle milk how would i fit tat in my schedule.
or instead i should buy creatine
 
I think you should eat more food.

List your diet, if you're not gaining it's because you're not eating enough. You may be eating a lot, but not enough.

Creatine won't make up for a crap diet.
 
hmm since im azn/vietnamese. i eat alot of rices lolz..
morning oatmeat n protein shake
during school i be eatting fruits/yogurt and turkey sandwich
after school is
lunch: rices with chicken
workout than protien shake and eat rice again
dinner:rices with beef/fish
 
you don't "need" any shakes really....if you can eat all your necessary protein via eggs, meat, dairy...you don't need a shake.

shakes are just convenient. and usually cheaper than meat, per serving.
 
creatine brands

i thinking of try creatine..but can it been taken right after my shake.. i know there alot of creatine out there. what creatine do u guy use?
 
I don't use it myself, but get some creatine monohydrate. Plus you probably shouldn't "need" creatine badly just to bulk up. I would stick with the ON Whey protein (which is what I use when I don't get enough protein in my diet.) You can find some more info in the sticky
 
i read that, it was interesting ... well it doesnt tell where to get... do any know a links or or a brands tat you guy use.
