I had a consultation with the nutritionist at the gym today. She was telling me the kind of stuff I should be eating. For the most part I am.(I eat lots of high fiber, whole wheats, fruits and veggies) ..Except.... I dont eat a lot of protein and I eat quite a few frozen dinners.
So I need advice on EASY ways to add lean protein. I dont have the energy to cook a lot. so that is why I tend to go for easy stuff like frozen dinners..
So what can I do other than egg whites to add lean proteins easily to my diet...Thanks
