Sport Adding lean proteins..Need advice

Sport Fitness
I had a consultation with the nutritionist at the gym today. She was telling me the kind of stuff I should be eating. For the most part I am.(I eat lots of high fiber, whole wheats, fruits and veggies) ..Except....;) I dont eat a lot of protein and I eat quite a few frozen dinners.
So I need advice on EASY ways to add lean protein. I dont have the energy to cook a lot. so that is why I tend to go for easy stuff like frozen dinners..
So what can I do other than egg whites to add lean proteins easily to my diet...Thanks
Amy

whey protein powder can help compensate for a bit IMO. I usually eat a protein bar, one glass of whey protein shake a day. I fill the rest with chicken, egg whites, and lean meat.

Frozen dinner + protein

hey, what about some frozen vegs (spinach, potatos... ) with a tuna can. Its really easy and I think I could work great as a high-protein dinner.

Tuna can is the easiest. You can also have fat free cottage cheese, or greek yogurt. If you like cereal, try kashi golean. Its got like 13 g protein for 120 calories, decent amount of carbs, and is whole grain cereal. It tastes awesome. Tuna will definitely be cheapest.

I can't cook....Tried cooking something in the microwave; the plate blew up. Gotta get me a wife that knows how to cook in the future

Buy a lot of chicken, make it all at once, and put it in the fridge.

Boom!! 60 second microwaveable meals anytime you need them!!

thats it thats it

In my experience, you really have to learn how to cook if you are going to make any physical progress. Unless u have a slave. lol
