Addictive Eating

I used to eat to feel better....a LOT !!
I had some success with a few diets and some exercise but my eating habits didn't change. So as a result I just kept self sabatoging my efforts.

I learned about how my eating habits were related to my emotional well-being but I couldn't find anything, short of seeing a psychiatrist, to help with that.

I started to learn about EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and how to get relief from the reason I was overeating in the first place.
I lost 35 lbs in 8 months and have kept it off for over a year.

has anybody else tried it ?
